Sitting in front of a laptop all day? Studying, hunched over books for hours on end? Here is a short 10 minute stretching and muscle activating video to help your body and mind take a break.

Follow along with Mr Peter anytime you feel like you need to stretch and move. Don’t worry about props or exercise mats. All you need is yourself, a chair and a wall.
