    I like that you mentioned how ballet training could help children develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance, which are essential for their overall physical health. Our daughter’s body is a bit weak, so we want her to get more exercise. So, we are planning to enroll her in a ballet academy.

  2. The fact that ballet can be a fun source of exercise really interests me quite a bit. My daughter has always been interested in it as a dance style since she saw those kinds of dancers on TV, so this could be a healthy hobby for her. I’ll get my wife to help me find a ballet class she can enroll in for sure so it’s much easier for her to learn.
