Internships (full-time and part-time)

TLFCB consistently receives requests for internships from aspiring dance students from India and abroad. We take pride in welcoming students from diverse backgrounds to intern with us, recognizing the immense value they bring while developing important skills. These skills pave the way for a professional career in the field of arts and entertainment and developing skills beneficial to all walks of life. All interns who complete the internship may receive academic credits according to the institution policy. A certificate will be provided at the end of the intership. Moreover, interns who demonstrate exceptional performance and commitment significantly enhance their prospects of being considered for future job opportunities at TLFCB.

Interns will be paired with an experienced mentor, ensuring personalized guidance and valuable on-the-job training in their chosen areas of interest. This hands-on approach allows interns to be actively involved in meetings, day-to-day operations and events, giving them a comprehensive view of the inner workings of the organization.  TLFCB will give opportunities to interns to broaden their understanding of the multifaceted natures of the arts and entertainment industry and to develop a well-rounded skill set.

Interns may apply for around the year internships lasting 3-6 months with flexible working hours or for special events like performances or intensives during summer months. Internship opportunities are available for administration, marketing and PR, event management, outreach program assistants and fundraising.

For interns, who can commit to a full-time schedule, TLFCB offers a stipend to help offset travel and lunch expenses. All interns, whether part-time or full-time, are required to submit time sheets. The stipend is contingent upon the completion of hours, documents, and timesheets approved by the mentor. The minimum requirement for a part-time internship is 20 hours per week.

To apply please email your resume to pr@tlfcb.org  along with a  cover letter explaining your interest in working with TLFCB and the type of experience you are seeking. Interns below 18 years of age will require parents’ consent.
